I love how Control is called “Quickplay”. Nope it’s actually “Control Grand Finals”. I can’t even relax and play. It’s supposed to be a casual game mode. Good or not at the game it doesn’t matter. It’s a CASUAL game mode.
The season for me is now “Season of Private Matches”. Just playing scrims from now on.
And for you people who wanted this, I still hear and read you guys complain about getting spat on by high skilled players.

Jonty28により編集済み: 8/26/2022 9:04:59 AMPlayed 1 match of Control. Sweaty players with people quitting after a few deaths to try and get a good KD. Awful experience. Won’t be going back in without a fireteam which isn’t how Control in Quickplay should be.

3 通の返信TAI JASONにより編集済み: 8/26/2022 11:11:41 AMIt‘s funny how many matches are having crazy high ping, matchmaking takes forever, every match is full of quitters like in one match my entire team switched 4 times in row and in the end it was a 2vs3, it‘s a complete sweatfest 24/7 and you can‘t even play guns beside the meta. Great. Thanks Bungo.

2 通の返信I got on crucible after months of not playing. I was getting killed before I could even get 2 shots off. I quit for good now.

Why do noobs have to git gud to be entitled to a casual matches? Get real. Game isn't just for you sweats. Everyone should be facing people around their level. Leave the facing opponents SIGNIFICANTLY above your level crap in trials.

4 通の返信I played control everyday last season. I’m enjoying SBMM more because at least the matches are balanced. Playing solo during CBMM I went on 8 game losing streaks. And no I didn’t back out of matches. I took my lumps. It’s the stacks that ruined CBMM. The KD farmers.

Get gud!

Not as good as you thought you were, ‘eh? Let’s be honest here, “casual play” to you means farming potatoes like me all day doesn’t it? I get that it boosts your ego and all that so it must be difficult to process the fact that you’re not as good as you thought. You’ll be fine my man.

There is no QuickPlay. Bungie removed this queue more than a year ago when gamers wanted to choose their match type. They were leaving a match as soon as it began. Matchmaking was not quick anymore. Bungie’s solution to improve matchmaking time was crossplay. QuickPlay was a short-lived queue that provided random Control and Clash matches through a queue. It is long gone and never coming back. The name does NOT refer to the speed at which matchmaking occurs in a single playlist. Control has replaced QuickPlay. Read the description before you click on the queue.

1 返信It was "casual" for high skill players, definitely not for low skill players. So sick of these hypocrites...

I think it’s been a good change. Makes the game mode more fair for everyone. Everybody plays people their own level which is better than what it was. Just means now that high skilled players can really show how good they are against players their own level. There won’t be much stat padding I’m afaraid. Suppose that’s what trials is for

2 通の返信It also punishes good players who can only play a few hours a week or only play for the pinnacle. You don't need to play 100 hours a week to get matched into sweaty lobbies. You just have to be good at the game to play higher tier players for the same reward.

Fun loadouts and trolling around with off meta setups are a thing of the past. Apparently Bungie wants their players to play like its a 20 million dollar tournament every single match in this unbalanced pve looter shooter with a tiny CASUAL pvp portion. Delusional.
