This isn't nearly as bad as Solar 3.0 for Warlock; we kept everything AND got a new thing AND got some good buffs.

Arc Web is a Stormcaller passive ability. Enemies damaged by grenades will chain lightning to nearby enemies. Each chain from Arc Web or Chain Lightning will generate 2% grenade energy (8% against Guardians Notice anything different here my guy?

Do i need to witness a nerf to know its a nerf? Just think level headedly for a second. From what bungie has told us the only abilities that get effected as a warlock for being empowered is the melees. What does the new teleport aspect require? Oh yeah the melee charge. So unless bungie for no reason at all didnt mention the other abilities you can either use the new aspect or the new empowered melees Basically warlocks lost arc web got a worse version of ionic traces and only netted a teleport ability and buffs to previously existing abilities.
