There has been so many PVE buffs to everything, 600rpm autorifles are very noticeably weak in PVE.
Infact. You recently buffed 450rpm and now in the TWAB it says you are buffing 360rpms (or 300 and something).
But you have not said a word about buffing 600s, please do.
I just did the beginning of Preservation where ads endlessly spawn and used all weapon types for gunsmith bounties and when I pulled out my 600rpm against a knight I was tickling him with my bubble gun.

1 返信I honestly wish Bungie would make also Autor Rifles in PvP strong again. I can kill in an optimal situation 3 people with a single hand canon mag (3 crits) but with an auto rifle I need 1/2 of my mag just to kill a single person. That's not right.

7 通の返信No. They have a .7 TTK and are the best autos to use if you're going to go with an auto in pvp. Gnawing hunger and summoner are still competitive. They had their time to shine when there was a 600rpm auto meta when they had a .67 TTK. It was the most boring meta ever

21 通の返信Thats not going to happen. Mercules the associate weapon designer, stated that auto rifles are designed now to never be competitive against pulse rifles and hand cannons. "No intentions of a “Pure Auto Meta” so probably no buffs to them to be more usable in the competitive landscape. Might take a pass at their forgiveness though. All auto rifles need a buff. I don’t care what anyone thinks about the “skill”, with how easy and cheese the game is, I could care any less how you guys feel about the skill an auto rifle takes. All auto rifles need buffs

1 返信Pulses need to be pulled back and Autos need to be given that range. Duty Bound adept max range is 34m. When Piece of Mind has 40m+, it doesnt make any sense honestly. Its a burst fire weapon, it should be able to hit those longer ranges, but not at full damage.

5 通の返信All autos do. But unfortunately, Bungie has confirmed that they'll always be relagated to the dumpster. So you're best off looking elsewhere.

I was excited when Scathelock came back because it was one of my favorite guns from vanilla… but it was underwhelming. Just didn’t feel the same and weaker than all the smgs available. It also says a lot that shauras out ranges autos in PvP.

Rifles are barely negligible But 600’s, they definitely need a bump in PvE & PvP There are AR weapons from Banner and Trials that cannot compete due to their low Crit/Body damage outputs & non-competitive TTK They also need better zoom (scope options) frame and magazine options - High Calibre/Armour Piercing rounds from a 600RoF rifle should have huge stopping power Maybe make it a crafting option to build a selective fire AR (flipping the RoF between single shot/burst/auto 450-600) with flippable CQB RD Optic/variable scope & on the subject of crafting, change the system so all the mods are unlocked and available on the weapon so we can switch damage/barrel/scope/mag perks on the fly After all, we’ve unlocked them already Shouldn’t have to “pay” twice (ascendant alloys ain’t cheap/easy) to use them Let us build our weapons efficiently

6 通の返信Auto rifles are boring, easily the least dynamic weapon in the game to use generally having enough range to never require anything of the player other than stand and shoot, makes the game feel like easy mode aim trainer
