on July 29th that weekend, I'm sure that Xur got an almost GR Empty vessel with an auto-loading perk on column three if you have two or more perks. So I farmed vanguard points that weekend for hours and hours and finally got a full reset on Zavala. So I can get two perks on column three. I went to Xur, I saw the auto-loading perk on Empty Vessel, and I bought it. Then I logged into my account today, and find out that my Empty Vessel only has Surplus on column three now!! Where are my double perks including auto-loading?! I even used that GL several times for christ sake. To be frank, I don't even care about double perks anymore, I just want my auto-loading back, which I worked for so many hours!
