Just made a post about this myself. Their incredible payoff and generosity are completely out of line with other primary options. I personally think they should hit for 100 to the head and be done with it. Doesn't change their own personal ttk, but stops so much of the issue they presented that has caused the current state of affairs in PvP. As for glaives, while they have many glaring issues as a weapon, the shield is far far too powerful, with the only reasonable solution being stasis if you can even manage to freeze them. It's unfair as well, though specials are a whole different ballgame.
