Got married Saturday, missed reaping wellmaker mod
The state of mods is awful, I make such an effort to log in everyday and check. It’s been months waiting for reaping wellmaker, melee wellmaker, and time dilation. Finally one comes around and I can’t log in that day at all. These should be more occurring or maybe a weekly reset instead of a daily reset. Time gating the content doesn’t make the game more fun, it makes the game frustrating. And I think most players feel this way.

2 通の返信Got reaping wellmaker mod Saturday, missed wedding. The state of weddings is awful, I make such an effort to get married. It’s been months waiting for the wedding ceremonies and my honeymoon. Finally they come around and I can’t get married that day at all. Weddings should be more occurring or maybe a weekly event instead of a single day. Time gating the wedding doesn’t make the wedding more fun, it makes the wedding frustrating. And I think most married folks feel this way. [spoiler]Congratulations![/spoiler]

Pick a favorite weapon (or two) for each of you. Lots of ammo too. Then go home with your top of the line, tricked out NERF arsenal, and play with your spouse till your blood is pounding and shooting turns into something else... Destiny can wait...

Ill give you a 100% honest answer as someone who plays the game on and off or when they feel like it. Its not Bungies fault that you went to a wedding and missed a mod. Its not yours either its a unfortunate event for [i]you[/i]. Things happen in life and that happened. But making the post into a rant about how mods are timegated is not that smart. Mods make or break the game, and if a OP mod is available to everyone then guess what the mod gets nerfed. Having the system we have now where something is rare because its good allows that mod/weapon to stay good. You can call it a bad take if you want, but literally theres no way you cant tell me that im wrong. That if a mod was OP and everyone had it, it would be nerfed but if it was the opposite it would stay powerful

59 通の返信Makes sense to game share with someone you trust. My brother couldn't get out of work quickly enough but our friend he game shares with was able to login with him easily and grab it for his character.

7 通の返信Whilst I agree with you, looking at this at a macro level, you'll just start to realise what a hamster wheel this game is! If and when you're lucky enough to have kids, you'll have to miss playing for all sorts of reasons. But luckily when you have kids, you realise that life and time is absolutely the most precious thing anyone has, and wasting it all on this game is NOT the smart move. Congrats on your marriage mate!!! I'm 5 years in and 2 kids on the table :)

Ehy Guardian! Congratulations for your marriage! =) hope the best for you and your one! Yo're right about the Mod situation. It has been discussed kinda often recently, not only on the Forums. Bungie indeed should put the it among the priorities to improve the life quality in the game. For now, we can only hope that with Lightfall good news will arrive about the state on the game.

You should have pushed the wedding until later when you found out the elusive reaping wellmaker was available, totally your fault. But seriously, they need to find a way to make these essential mods available at ANY time, maybe sell them for enhancement core, idk.
