lol, I can tell you they don't care much about casuals, either. Here's who they seem to cater to (in no particular order):
People who spend a lot of time in game.
People who stream or are "content creators".
People who group.
Their testers.
People who spend or will potentially spend money on the game.
I disagree, people who spend money aren’t the people who already paid for everything (eg streamers, vets, etc…). Also, just to clarify, I’m not some elitist who doesn’t care for casual. I spend most my time helping “casuals” through end game content because it makes me happy to help ppl.
I'm sure there's some overlap and some gaps between categories. I actually added the spenders at the last minute because I'm sure Bungie like revenue stream, and there's never a such thing as "people who already paid for everything" as long as there's Eververse, seasons, expansions, Bungie merch, etc.
And for added clarification, I don't begrudge Bungie for paying attention to these groups; I just don't think they care about casuals as much as some of us might like, sometimes.
