Manually editing the CVARS config file to arrange your own key binds will not get you banned all on its own.
Please make sure the game is not running when you do so.

Wouldn't that only happen if the game registered you as "airborne" by uneven terrain? I've never been able to activate icarus dash while running on an even surface. On controller I have it set to single press Circle for both crouch and icarus. Try it out. I was messing around with it on console last night, which triggered this post.
