Should win/kd farming in the nonflawless pool be ban worthy, because it is exploiting a game mechanic

QUIETにより編集済み: 7/11/2022 6:26:12 AMthey should just remove flawless entirely and the population would be as high as never before. Trials is dying fast and the numbers are almost as bad as before the rework. The mode is done and needs a big rework. Players are not willing to be canonfodder for the top 10% anymore that they can have their loot and easy time. This concept is done for destiny and the community has seen through it by now. Nothing will save trials except making it far more accessable for everyone.

1 返信Easy fix: Make Trials perma-freelance and keep Flawless pool. Oh so you're a 2.0 KD super-sweat? Go prove it against stacks of other 2.0 KD super-sweats, then.

1 返信Joulevette12により編集済み: 7/11/2022 1:06:43 PMBS the flawless pool got nothing to do with it they've been doing that before the flawless pool even came out it's a card issue To stop this prevent card reset unless you loose 3 matches or become unflawless to prevent KD farm

1 返信BOSSNONO254により編集済み: 7/11/2022 10:52:05 AMIn all honesty, it isn’t exploiting if it is something that is in game and is seen as clean. As cringe, unfair, and obnoxious as it seems. Bungie can’t ban someone for resetting a card win after win. If that were the case, they would need to implement a change where you cannot reset a card until you have gained at least one loss.

No but the easy resolution is to charge 50k per reset. With the limit at 250k not many players are going to be able to reset on a continuous bases. Not many PvP people are going to grind for glimmer and those stacks of resources will be gone quickly. By week two you will see a hell of a lot less resets.

I wouldn't go that far, tbh. If they were cheating as they farm, then a hard yes, but banning for farming low skill players like me? Naw. In my opinion, i'd just give them nothing at all for doing that. Make it so their 'flex' is even more worthless than it already is.

The majority of players who run stacked and abuse the non flawless pool aren't that good..you'll discover upon coming across one of these neanderthals, their 3.0 trials kd is inflated and they're movement and game awareness is a 1.3 at best.

1 返信No. But people doing this should be ridiculed for having false stats when they try to flex on someone with them. My favourite are the people who say they’re good at crucible and it turns out they win traded.

As bad as it is, Bungie cannot actively do anything about it unless they implement a win streak system. Which means either they put win farmers in the flawless pool after they hit a 7 win streak, or they create SBMM for these individuals once flawless pool hits. Which means these win farmers may not be in the flaw pool, but they’ll still be matched against players of the same skill level to better add to competition they face until reset.

2 通の返信Sure, why not. My personal opinion is that they need to introduce flawless pool brackets where you move into the next bracket based on the number of times you go flawless for the weekend. These brackets will need to have their own Emblems with stat trackers for KDA, number of wins, number of opponents defeated, number of flawless, number of carries, etc. while in that bracket. The goal of this is to retain the flawless pool but give players the flex incentive to not avoid it. Here is an example of how the brackets could be structured. I would say that Bracket 1 must be as defined here. The flawless ranges for the rest of the brackets can be adjusted to whatever makes sense. The number of brackets could also be adjusted if that makes sense. Bracket 1 = 0 flawless cards. Bracket 2 = 1 - 2 flawless cards. Bracket 3 = 3-8 flawless cards. Bracket 4 = 9+ flawless cards. I would also give each bracket a cool name in order to make it more flex worthy.
