Stop cross save and lose season pass and dungeon

I stop my cross save and lose my season pass and dungeon acess. I buy for pc all dlcs. yesturday i stop cross save it was my fail, i dont understand what i do. So i can play my main acc on Play Station because i do not have playstation now. so i start from new on pc. Now i see that i have every think but not dungeon and season pass for 17 18 19 and i buy it on my pc. see fotos link. Now i must to pay more 3000 selver 1000 pass and 2000 dungeon acess. It was fail or what happining. Can i get it back? because i bey 100 Euro for this paket to get everythink and i use it stimm same steam but do not have it.

Hello there, Season passes and Dungeon keys are in game purchases that are bound to the active save file at the time of purchase. So when you bought your deluxe pack with cross save active, those passes were bound to your cross save PSN account save file. When you deactivated cross save you made that save file only accessible on its original platform. Unfortunately, this is how the system is designed to work. If you wish to play the seasonal content, your only options are to either buy the passes/keys again on your now active save files, use your current passes by playing on PlayStation, or wait out the 90 day cooldown and reactivate cross save.
