I average 90-100 fps in d2 but when I check the gpu usage its usually only between 40%-50% and CPU usage is much higher. I am currently using an i5-10400, 16GB of RAM and an RTX 2060. Other games take full advantage of my CPU and GPU to try and push all the frames but destiny doesn't. The other thing that's weird is that GPU usage and frames increase when out of battle, like when 2 characters are talking. All my drivers are up to date for everything and I lowered the graphic settings for the game. I don't know what else I need to do to increase the GPU utilization.
