Baboob Error

I've been getting [b][u]Baboon Error[/u][/b], Network disconnects for the past week. My ISP swear there is nothing wrong their end. I have checked, everything on my end, [b][u]no packet loss[/u][/b], [b][u]LAN connection[/u][/b]. By not being able to choose, the correct region for playing is a major contributor.
