Weird. The War Table is straight ahead when you transmat into the HELM. Crown is down the stairs to your left. Tried visiting both? Also, what's the description in your Quest tab?

Very weird, its like 2 quests merged together. I have visited both the War Table, and navigated around it as well as going up to the Crown. You can see it in the picture I added to the post. The quest tab shows the same, the one description with the Crown objective.

Wait, I've got it. You need to complete this season's intro quest. That's why you can't interact. I believe it was Operation: MIDAS. It's on the Moon from your Destination tab. Just go do the intro mission and you should be good.
