What skill level were those players exactly? Bet they weren’t the low-skilled. Top players were farming low players.

Sohsuhにより編集済み: 6/14/2022 9:29:21 PMThere are only so many “top players”. Once they go flawless the numbers are in. So all those other numbers come from somewhere else. In the end, these numbers are good enough that this should continue for a few weeks to get more testing. We shouldn’t ignore these numbers and make up reasons for this and that. Because the numbers will drop next week, and going flawless once for average players makes the flawless pool unplayable.

Does the numbers reflect single flawlesses or multiple runs? There were a fair amount of guided flawless players with multiple runs and guilding there flawless seals. Would that have skewed the numbers? That and lots of carries.

Yeah, the numbers show who went flawless once. Who the hell wouldn't want to go flawless again? There's a new ship, a new sparrow, you can get ascendant shards, the adept weapon, etc. So with non flawless pool, average players who go flawless can continue to go flawless all weekend and enjoy themselves. With flawless pool, once the average player goes flawless, they are now in the flawless pool full of sharks and can't go flawless again, which is terrible. This flawless pool is pure nonsense, and it leaves Trials in a state of going flawless once then dipping out. It splits the population, and it decreases the population as a whole. In September without flawless pool, Trials had record breaking numbers. Bungie didn't continue that weekend for some odd reason. People claimed "that's not sustainable", yet here we are where it was the same thing as September, and BOOM, numbers went up. Numbers went way up even though the adept weapon was the scout from last season again, the same weapon that was the adept gun the very last time Trials was available. I mean, record breaking numbers, and very high flawless numbers should warrant to have this move forward for AT LEAST a few weeks. It makes absolutely ZERO sense to have record breaking numbers and then change things around. It makes even less sense to have that show up again, and have great numbers, and AGAIN change things around. It's as if Bungie prefers worse numbers. "Yeah yeah record breaking numbers don't matter. High flawless % doesn't matter."

So, if your below-average team can’t go Flawless even with the pool enabled, how does swimming with sharks all weekend help you more? I don’t see it. Could be tons of carries this past weekend- we don’t know where those Flawless numbers came from.

Sohsuhにより編集済み: 6/14/2022 10:02:05 PMBecause we aren't swimming with sharks all weekend. There is no flawless pool, so you can match literally anybody. It's a pool full of all different skill levels. I don't think you understand what having no flawless pool means, so I am just going to end it here. Have a good day.
