When it comes to the exotic Assassin's Cowl I think its one of the best and most satisfying exotics to use when not playing Void, but the way it looks is just really... ye... not my taste. (I'm still gonna use it though) Where I come from we have something called the Frogman Corps, which wears a helmet very similar to Assassin's Cowl, but instead of the glowing net, they have a piece of black cloth over it instead. I do believe this would also make it fit more into that Assassin's look, since right now you are glowing up like crazy and are literally asking to be shot by the enemy. I believe every hunter main seeing this ornament would nerdgasm over it (Myself included) I don't think it will ever happen sadly but its worth a shot :)
