Sadly [armory]Always on Time[/armory] is a lot faster compared to next best option, in terms of speed.
In Vow of the Disciple, if you use regular sparrow, it takes like twice as long to get to escort section.

It is a bug in the first place and was never fixed because obviously it would bug out other parts if you fix that. So it has no priority. Encounters etc are designed for normal sparrows in mind IF they are required here.
