Hello there. As per my post, the Bungie.net profile settings say the Prime Gaming account authorization was revoked. When I go to the Prime Gaming page to claim loot, it says it's already claimed and that the accounts ARE linked. It's very confusing to me. I reached out to Prime Gaming support and they said the loot was claimed but is just waiting for the Bungie account to receive it. As I have no way to unlink/relink from their side, they recommended checking if Bungie could clear the account from your side. As I had already made a post here, I shared the link with Prime Gaming support. After a bit of back & forth, they agreed to open a ticket on their end to investigate. Also, their support mentioned a "cool down period" for linking accounts. Can someone confirm this and how long it is? I cancelled my Prime membership a few months ago and am now on a trial considering renewing. But if this integration is going to force me to wait 6 months between links then it's just not worth it.
