Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out. Double check that you have the correct Bungie.net account linked to your Prime Gaming account.
You can verify if you have successfully linked your Prime Gaming account to your current Bungie.net profile by navigating to Settings > Accounts & Linking, and navigating down to the Authorized Applications section.
If you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else keep in mind that only one reward may be granted per Amazon Prime account.
Please also check your Partner Rewards page on your Bungie.net account to see if the reward was claimed successfully.
If problems persist we recommend relinking your Twitch Prime and Bungie.net accounts to be ready to receive the next Prime Gaming drop.
Hi BNGHelp7!
I have made all the points you write me more than once over and over again (doesn't work).
First: Amazon Prime is active? (Yes Checked)
Restart the game (Done)
Unlink accounts/link accounts again (Done Many Times)
Check the accounts are linked correctly (Done Prime Gaming even check it too)
I asked Bungie Support for help from: Request 168671
The answer was: "Unfortunately, our contact form and agents are not set up to investigate this issue." and the same generic information about that...
I asked for help from Amazon Prime Gaming Support: They verified that all my accounts were linked correctly, they even sent me that the rewards should have been received with a reward history.

The problem is that it is not something that can be fixed in a "simple" way, I am not the only one with this problem.
Amazon Prime Gaming will send a report to Bungie to provide better information.
