I know about the ones that arent active and the ones that are disabled. But the ones that i cant equip are ashes and wonder

Then you DONT know about it. Both of those are supposed to be inactive until we finish the community event. However, some people (myself included) have some of the ones active that were supposed to be inactive until we hit community goal.
