No he is 100% right when taken king and rise of iron came out same thing happened you could do the shadowkeep strokes before because shadowkeep was on game pass and was removed from game pass a few months ago

Been here since alpha d1. An yes they have locked nightfalls behind paywalls before. You also probably used gamepass for the dlc and are now complaining you need to pay.
