The super has the lowest % reduction of all roaming supers at 47% and it is slow af
You -blam!- locked the super from performing the R2 whilst sliding, really y'all? Wtf
Howl of the storm slows more than it freezes yet it does less damage while Arcstriders middle tree melee has less recharge time, more damage, crazy range and AoE and is faster
Glacier grenades as a whole are literally a laughing stock, they should freeze if dropped on top of an enemy
Whisper of fissures does mediocre damage
Duskfield takes too long to freeze and it's easy to get out of
Coldsnaps are bugged and have mediocre tracking
Slow in general just doesn't feel powerful anymore, I scoff at it whenever I get slowed, that's a problem because with something like Volatile I play a bit scared
Listen, I know Stasis was op but right now it is too nerfed, for the Subclass who is all about crowd control and freezing it sure as hell doesn't do that lmao, at the very least you slow someone, it needs a buff
EDIT: oh, did I also forget Bungie nerfed the Super in PvE? Yeah, they made it so Synthoceps no longer buffs the Crystals while in Super lol, only the R1, what a laughing stock man, come on

3 通の返信Stasis tian was supposed to be the uber “shatter” class with the slide and howl of the storm. It has devolved into a mess of a kit. It’s the only stasis kit that I wouldn’t even take into endgame, whereas hunter and warlock are S+ tier for raids and GMs.
-
Idk, man, i just wanna use all three of my abilities to make walls of crystals and with Hoarfrost i can pretend to be Mr. Freeze, complete with authentic Arnold Schwarzenegger quotes about ice puns. I haven't noticed too much as far as downsides with the super, either, which is really nice since just slamming down near a boss is enough to let the damn thing step on my crystals and it deal a surprising amount of burst damage.

1 返信Let's throw hammer titan and spectral blades on there for pve as well, complete garbage supers which do less damage than a special weapon lmfao
-
3 通の返信It's been trash ever since Bungie gutted Stasis in PvP in their last round of nerfs for it. Behemoth is an F-tier Super where you're honestly weaker in your Super than you are outside of it. The Super is completely broken and doesn't even freeze people anymore. Everything about Behemoth sucks in PvP. In PvE, different story and it's fantastic.
-
Behemoths were gutted when Bungie nerfed Glacial grenade Shatter damage in pvp to keep Shatterdive in check. And then Whisper of Chains nerf to tame Renewal Grasps tanking everything. That's the problem with the fragment system. You get one outlier with Hunters and they -blam!- over Behemoth's core identity.
-
The synthocepts nerf was because of a dps strat. Using a bubble with 5 stasis titan you could 1 phase riven(stasis crystals insta detonate inside a bubble). This was prior WQ(it got nerfed with WQ) so i think it got nerfed because of the raid race.
-
It depends on your level of content. On my other account for it was Copyright Striked by Bungie I was a Stasis Titan main. It's a good Subclass it's just underused. It's got good damage against targets that can't be froze so they get a chilled buff allowing Stasis Crystal's to Ctit for 20K+ per crystal sometimes even higher. Shatter damage was buffed. The rework to Precious Scars makes Stasis a good tanking class paired with the aspect the grant damage reduction near crystals. Constant ability regen when shattering crystals. I have to say it's biggest downfall it's it's extremely long Super Ability Cooldown.
-
You’re right but I like correcting people so unless they’ve buffed nova warp it actually has the lowest at 30% though technically golden gun wins out at 0% and I think arc strider has low resist as well but idk anymore

4 通の返信It also boils down too the question: "what is titans role?" Cause we can't get too much mobility cause "tank" class but when we get tankiness (overshield) it gets raged on and nerfed into oblivion (60% increase in cooldown on bastion is way too much, vanishing step 60% increase when?). And the way Bungie decided to make stasis titan... Revenant, ninja like, high mobility, cc monster. Shadebinder, really awesome insane cc, ease of use, prolly one of if not the best suited in the game. Behemoth? Meh ice punch. What they were goin for was a good idea on paper with the whole "be a walking behemoth that crushes the world under your feet" but the execution is literally "ice punch"

The absolute strongest DPS super right now is The 3 shot void 3.0 hunter. If you land all arrows it does something like 15-20% more damage than any of the warlock bombs. More damage than any Titan slams. More damage than hammers. And slightly more damage than hunter Hawkeye exotic since you also get a rebuff with Void. That super -blam!- destroys everything.
-
1 返信… agars scepter … that’s the titan’s super. And it’s the only thing that makes running a Titan worth the money is was printed on when it was pitched to us players. The exotic does more damage than the super. Freezes almost as much. And can be used twice as much.
-
As a Titan Main, I agree 100%. The Titans are severely neglected as a class in this game. The Hunters and Warlocks have some amazing stuff that is fun to play with. The Titans? It's like we get whatever's left over that just doesn't work as good, or get reskinned abilities (which is what stasis felt like. Just striker but cold). SOME things do work well, though. Depending on the build, but the things that were once really good and made our class formidable have been nerfred so much, it's ruined them. I don't want an advantage, I just want things to be made to fit the class. We're Titans. We're supposed to be strong, we're supposed to be formidable walls, we're supposed to strike hard enough the earth shakes. Most of the time, at best, I feel like I'm running out there in a cardboard armor set with a rubber mallet.

8 通の返信Good, screw stasis. Nerf it straight out of the game. It's stupid as hell and never should have been in the game to begin with. If you need to completely remove your opponents ability to move in order to win, gtfo of pvp.
-
I would actually enjoy Stasis Titan if it's melee functioned like the other shoulder charges. The fact that they made it have a new mechanic where you hold and release is just dumb. It makes switching between one of the original classes and then switching to stasis rather jarring. I have lost count of how many times where I mean to "shoulder charge" someone and then just skating right past them because the stasis melee is nowhere near as sticky as the charges.

5 通の返信47% is still acceptable. Im of the opinion no super should be over 50% damage resistance. Now you are probably gonna say with the buff to vorpal it needs to be higher. Fair. Counterpoint. The buff to vorpal was dumb and should be undone (at least in PvP). Next, Behemoth is a lot more powerful still than most people realize. The movement potential is what makes it so powerful. When you understand that movement that super once again is a menace. Lets not forget you can pop a barricade and have stasis crystals for cover (and more damage resistance) As for PvE, the crystal shatter damage of Behemoth is still nothing to scoff at and its survivability is really good at base. Now lets toss in well of tenacity or crest of alpha lupi and things like that. Is it as powerful as it once was? Not by a longshot and thats good. Same with the other Stasis subclasses. But does it need a buff? In my opinion Stasis is fine as is across the board, just stop touching it until we have all of our 3.0s. Then if it needs some love it can be given proper tuning accordingly to whats already there.
