Not true, destiny's content is 80% pve and 20% pvp, and those exotics you losted off work just as well in pve as they do pvp. Destiny originally started off as pve and was never meant to be a pvp game in the first place, if you've been here since d1, you'll remember that pvp wasn't even advertised as pvp, but as a way tp test weapons. Dropping pvp content wouldn't all drop that much in playerbase either. Especially considering that trials and banner both suck as weekly and monthly events.

That’s an opinion, and isn’t actually fact. Have you seen video games today? Pvp is essential in video games. I can name a lot of games that died out so fast and they didn’t have pvp. And I don’t care if pvp wasn’t in destiny originally, but neither was gambit. (Ever stop to think that’s why its called “destiny 2”) all I’m saying is that gameplay wise destiny has a great pvp, and they won’t get rid of it, complaints or not.

You're wasting your time trying to engage with them especially in these forums. Truth is nobody in the general gaming community has nor ever will take Destiny 2 PVP seriously. And Bungie knows if they didn't force players into crucible and gambit, almost nobody would play and they wouldn't be able to justify keeping the game modes up and running.

You just contradicted yourself. You literally just said engaging “tryhards” is a waist of time. Yet you still do. Listen…video games are nothing but entertainment. Maybe instead of arguing about it let’s just accept that crucible is staying. And there’s nothing anyone can do about it.
