I tried claiming my most recent prime gaming loot April 23rd and haven't received it in game. Spoke to prime gaming support and they said on their end it shows:
Order Date: April 23, 2022 Time: T21:21:01.219Z
: Order State: Succeeded
: Order fulfillment: Failed
What does fulfilment failed mean? Prime support said contact bungie as it was there issue. How do I get the rewards I didn't receive and make sure I get them moving forward? Is there somewhere I can make a support ticket to bungie or something?
Prime Gaming bundles can only be claimed once. If a bundle was claimed while the connection between your Prime Gaming account and Bungie.net Profile was broken, then any items would be considered "lost."
