Shatter kills in pvp
So im doing one of the umbral quests for unlocking stasis fragment and have to get shatter kills other things are easy but ive done 30 matches minimum and got one shatter kill ive thrown glacier grenade at ppl feet then shatter or shot crystal and blows up and they dont die but i get killed and ive also go right fragments on too so wtf this shouldnt be like this pvp is literally broken trash

That's because they Nerfed Shatter damage hard in pvp several times along with most of stasis after they sold it. The place where everything works properly is pve so you want to do your stasis fragments and aspect unlocks in the strike playlist.
