Yes but you do not have a refreshing overshield or refreshing health while in the empowering rift.

If you were to get a shot off on the empowering rift warlock, you know that they would have to take a second and regen before holding the lane. Allowing you to move across the lane or push up. But with the combo that i mentioned, they just stand there regening constantly.

Not with the new helmet......you are guaranteed a sunspot, and thats what people are abusing with the Overshields. It takes some set up, but you cannot peak them. Watch some gameplay of it or hop into trials and you'll see how abused it is right now.

I dont think you are understanding my post, I'm more or less stressing the issue about a barricade OS titan and a sunspot titan constantly holding lanes. That is my point. Having an overshield and a sunspot in my opinion is broken.
