I cannot claim my Amzon Gaming Loot

So, I've had Destiny 2 for a very long time, but I didn't install it until today, and yesterday I had claimed loot since I have Amazon Prime. I have cross save enabled and my character information shows correctly on my Bungie account. It also says the I can claim partner reward (from Amazon), but Amanda Holliday, from which I'm supposed to claim said rewards, does not give me anything. What can I do?

    im linked twice from the same amazon prime gaming to the bungie account there was something said you need unlink then relink sometimes pops up on screen let me see if i can get the pop up I'll screen shot it and tell ya exactly what it says. i didn't screen shot because to much private info on my screen but this is exactly what it tells me on loot claim page at the top in a really small warning banner. ***If you linked your Bungie.net and Amazon accounts prior to October 2021 and do not see your content in-game, please relink your game accounts to resolve the issue.*** go here look at the very bottom for "Authorized Applications" https://www.bungie.net/7/en/User/Account/AccountLinking Mine is linked twice down here once from march of 2021 and again on 11/9/2021 From what it says these links expire here is copy/paste from my end. ** Prime Gaming Active(expires on 11/9/2022)Approved on 11/9/2021 Get History (this is a link but not after the paste) Prime Gaming Active(expires on 4/21/2022)Approved on 4/21/2021 Get History (this is a link but not after the paste) ** This what the get history shows me https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/ApplicationHistory/
