It is by design as when you teleport either forward to allies or to a new destination you are technically respawning so will lose buffs you've accumulated.
So if you want to keep your buffs, you must take the long way to wherever you're going? And if you have a very over-eager teammate who pushes way further than the rest of the team, you are punished? And if you're literally one second behind the rest of the team and get walled out from the boss, you get punished? Can you please help me understand why that is?
If you don’t like people rushing then play with your own team. It’s by design so people can’t skip large sections of a zone and expect to keep major buffs that could exploit boss health
