Unable to remove linked account from cross save as the account is not mine
Hi, I’ve got quite an annoying issue; I want to remove a PS account that’s linked to my cross save, but to remove it you need to authenticate it, but the account isn’t mine anymore it’s been a dead account for years. Zero chance of getting into it again.
I saw that Bungie’s FAQ says they can’t remove linked accounts and I need to contact Playstation support. So I did, but they said they can’t help, it must be managed on Bungie’s side.
Is there literally any way to remove the PS account? I want to play with my current characters on my PS5 but can’t link my current PS account of course.
