If this is the first exotic glaive you’re getting, then it’s definitely a bug. Maybe check the abandoned quest kiosk to see if one of the quests was bugged?
If you’ve already gotten an exotic glaive on another class, then you’ll need to run the Wellspring and pray to RNGesus that you get the pattern for one of the remaining exotic glaives.
