I assisted a friend with said Evidence Board mission before I was on the correct quest step and now the deepsight required to access the 2nd step of the quest no longer appears for me. I have read that progressing through it with someone who hasn't done it yet will work but I don't have anyone to do that with and it has been multiple weeks and hotfixes with no fix for this.
