Networking and errors?

Hello Bungie representative, I paid $100 for the Witch Queen bundle, like so many others. We all did this and I have the prestige of having bought all expansions since Curse of Osiris. However, I like others who have complained to you cannot play this game because of Bee, Bat, Currant, Weasel, and more error codes as well as a plethora of other problems. I have spent a lot of money and time on this game and I would love to spend more, but after not being allowed to enjoy something that I bought... I just cannot help but feel frustrated and upset. I mean, if you were to buy something and it didn't function or perform the way it was supposed to or you couldn't use it at all, wouldn't you want a refund or at least some sort of explanation and/or compensation? Am I being unreasonable? Please advise with what steps to take to resolve this persistent issue that seems to stem from "my Internet Service Provider" despite other devices and services being fine and accessible. If I do not hear from you, I guess that means I should spend my money elsewhere.

So a member of your fireteam may have a bad connection so this ruins it for all of you.
