Fusion counter?
Any tips against slide fusions? Aggressive playstyle?

Fast upward movement aka jumping quickly over distances so they have to try and pan the shots. Don’t jump at them. Keep semblance of cover at 20m range so bolt will hit into the cover and not you. Most fusion users can’t feather the ads and thumb stick (console player here) as it fires to concentrate the bolt spread. Don’t try to close the gap, bait the shots at range while using a good HC or pulse rifle to kill them. Never try to push them when they are in tighter areas. If they push you, back pedal and backwards jump up and to the side.

1 返信Aggressive and passive both work. Fast movements (if your a Hunter) work. Punish them committing and bait out the shots. Also being 16-ish meters and out and strafing makes it very easy to survive a burst. A good fusion player covers up the gun’s faults (the charge time and range) by timing. Movement, Invis, and extra health all hurt fusions pretty bad. Fusions are also the loudest guns in the game. Listen for the charge noise. I’m not the best at PvP but I’ve spent a long time playing with fusions. Hope this helps.

3 通の返信Backing up, since most fusions don't go too terribly far past close range (your farthest killing rolls will only reach about as far as a 16 zoom high range SMG). Catching a fusion user off guard with a shotgun is also super risky, but works wonders if you can pull it off.

The only counter to fusions is enough people saying remove them and they have no business being in PvP. At first it will probably result in even more fusions. But that will just get us to where we need to be even faster. The harder you run from the Precepts the faster you loop back around to the Precepts.

There Actually is no counter... the only hope is that you move quick enough or that the person has in the moment of Shooting sudden Trash aim and misses shoots of the volley... or you are Quicker and gun him down first with your Fusion or Shotgun...

BraddyBoにより編集済み: 3/12/2022 3:33:27 PMThere is no counter other than playing chicken around corners and getting them to waste their ammo. You can easily kill them after that but you will have to return to playing chicken every time your teammates screws up and gives them ammo.

3 通の返信Annoying response but, just be better. They’re VERY OP and very cheesy. They don’t take much skill. Peek shots with HCs, quick SMG melts, or just rip their head off with a sniper. Play smart. The burden to outskill is on you, fusions give the fusion user the advantage in most gunfights.
