My gf and I were going through the new story when I came upon some trouble accessing "The Last Chance" (Step 13 of 19). It begins to load in, and then makes a sound as if I was disconnected. Then music stops completely, the load reticle disappears, and the game basically bricks itself. Screen goes black completely and I lose access to the entire monitor. Can't turn the game off, can't end or kill task, etc. This has been consistent for 2 possibly 3 days now. I've tried to completely uninstall the game and restart my pc, I've tried clearing cache, and I've run diagnostics via steam to check file integrity. I even went as far as to check files to compare with my gf's to make sure none of them were different. Nothing was different. Hers loads in completely fine, so it's on my end, either with the game or with my pc. Also as a bit of a gripe on my end: Why is there no support email? Or at least a way to check my posts. This is my 3rd iteration of this post and I have no idea where in the world the others have gone.
