My pre order for witch queen is bugged or something

I pre ordered the deluxe edition of witch queen quite awhile ago and everything was fine, it said I owned it on the Microsoft store and the eververse store too. I jumped on just now and the game suddenly popped up with the 'Hey pre order witch queen now' prompt I thought well I already have it and I check eververse and I now doesn't say I own it? Ok I check the Microsoft store and it says BUY NOW basicly saying I don't own the the dlcs at all? I do have the deluxe edition downloaded in my add ons but I'm worried it will lock me out or something, has anyone else had this issue and/or How do I fix it?

    Hey, Have you tried [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049196071-Accessing-and-Restoring-Licenses-to-Destiny-Content]Restoring the Game License[/url], this can commonly help with issues accessing DLC. However if this does not work you will need to contact [url=https://support.xbox.com/en-US/]Xbox Support[/url] as they are the ones that control the allocation and management of DLC. Bungie does not have any authority over this and wont be able to assist.
