Void 3.0 Nightstalker
So from what I am seeing with the Hunter changes in Void 3.0 is that they mainly focused hunters inti being a support role and the tethers still apply 30% debuff. Does this stack somehow with tractor cannon or does it not? It feels like Tether should be slightly higher as a debuff since anyone can just run tractor cannon for a debuff and reply faster and easier than a tether.

36 通の返信So anyone can use Tractor Cannon to feel like a nightstalker, but they are using up their exotic and heavy slot to do so. Also, tether reachesany different targets, not just one
