That is not saying you do not own Beyond Light, you are missing the season pass for the Chosen season. Since it is a past pass, it can only be obtained via the digital deluxe edition. Season passes are bound to the active save file at the time of purchase, so most likely they are tied to whichever account was active when you bought it.
