Should bungie lower the master/grandmaster nf light requirement for low lights?

However they could add optional matchmaking and add the option for some of the gm rewards to drop in lower nf levels as well and just raise the mount of drops and drop chances in gm.

Nope. If low lights really want to do Master or GM NF’s, they’ll take the time to raise their light level. If they’re too lazy to raise their light level, they still have Hero, Adept and Legend difficulties.
