I'm not sure what's going on, but pvp is miserable for average players. The speed of the game, shotguns, infinite shotgun ammo, and cross play causing the most severe lag I've ever seen is just all too much.
This game has become so lopsided in favor of skilled players that it's a joke.
G'head, tell me to "git gud". I'm telling you what I see and experience.
This. Pvp. Experience. SUCKS.
I've always been average, but I've never been beaten down by shotguns and novelty weapons (Lorentz) like this before. I've always had around a 1.4 kda and I've always had fun.
This is NOT a fun game pvp experience anymore.

1 返信
This game has become so lopsided in favor of skilled players
Name one pvp game that isnt "favored" towards skill. You want games to be won on luck?

Agree 100% I'll say it with a lot of honesty and care. Control matchmaking is not a fun experience of average people. @Bungie: You want to make a fun/challenging experience. But right now it feels like you need to go ultra hard on the game and you will still get stomped. It should be fun. Some games you will have an easy game and sometimes it will be a hard game.....but you cannot have impossible games all the time. That will cause casuals to stop playing Crucible. We don't want that

1 返信Just put Gambit and Crucible in the content vault, then return all the PvE content. Look the game is enjoyable again!

3 通の返信Do you know what's really weird? For the most players I need the same amount of bullets to kill, but some players are really invincible. They always run away with 10% heath left, while being shot at. It's like their bullets absorption stops at 10% health left. Is it that they are actually standing somewhere else on their screens? But when I check them, they always have a Flawless or an Unbroken title.

I especially hate the fact that you pretty much have to stick to the same loadout to even have a chance to get anywhere. You can’t play the way you want, you can’t try out new stuff. In the end it’s always hand cannon + special. Yeah yeah pulse rifles ok … but when it comes down to it, a peak shooting pali is gonna slap your butt even if you run darkest before or something.

72 通の返信No. I’m going to say: You’re right. Bungie has spent two years catering to the whims of streamers and a vocal minority of top players. The result is —as you said—-a miserable experience for average players. Massive skill creep due to player loss…and a game that is steadily dying because it is incapable of replacing its losses. Which means…soon…Bungie is going to get stuck supporting a pvp experience that costs more to maintain than it generates in revenue. AKA a money loser.

Phyromancerにより編集済み: 1/31/2022 4:59:43 AM
This. Pvp. Experience. SUCKS.
The entire game sucks! 😂😂😂
This is NOT a fun game pvp experience anymore.
I'm not good in PvP either, but back in D1 I loved the crucible because it was fun. Win or lose, I felt my time in crucible was worth it because I was having fun. Here in D2, it's the complete opposite. I know I'm not good in PvP. But when I see myself at the TOP of the losing team all the time, something is really wrong. If I'm not good and I'm still at the top, then I can't imagine who are the bottom 5 on my team, and why are we all together on the same team?! That's how bad PvP is now in this game! It's so bad it's LAUGHABLE!!! 😂😂😂

1 返信I’d like to see weapon perks not matter in pvp. Then it’s an even playing field and more skill than rng god rolls.

Totally agree, they need to fix the major issues with PvP, biggest and most important thing is lag, simple tool to check a players ping, make A servers and B servers, A server for players with 50 or less ping and all the rest to the B servers, other thing me and clanmates talk about is heavy ammo, for example, let everyone start with heavy ammo, no more waiting at ammo in a bubble, if u use it in the beginning of the game, to bad, your heavy is gone, heavy can not be picked up during game, if u leave the game early, next game u spawn in, no heavy for u, stay in the game. Or if u have a ping over 50 the game gives a warning the first time, second time 15min ban, 3th time 30 min ban, 4th time 3 hours and if u still don't fix it, 24hour ban from PvP. Sometimes i think the Mars curiosity rover has a better ping the a lot of players, Bungie fix this plz but i think they are to buzzy creating new error codes, we have the Zoo, petting zoo, maybe now the ocean animals, Error code squid or something.

13 通の返信Another complaint with very little in the way of suggestions to improve the experience. Side note. Make sure your suggestion doesn't benefit 1 group while putting the other in a cell.

1 返信
This. Pvp. Experience. SUCKS. This is NOT a fun game pvp experience anymore.
Agreed. The solution is to stop playing it. So long as you play, then Bungie can assume that you’re happy with it. Because why would you play something that you don’t enjoy ?
I stopped playing a few months ago, because as you say it’s not fun.
I do like PvP, but I see what your saying and I get where your coming from. The past month or so, including last Iron Banner, sucked extra hard. It won’t magically be fixed in a month, but I do expect the influx of new players and weapons with the expansion will help a little. I also hope some more weapon tuning is done, but that’s always a double edged sword, IMO.

Lol git gud even though your kd is better than mine! 😂 jk bro my serious advice is like that below don’t have high expectations for PvP, if you enjoy the crucible then play it to have fun. Waiting on a big change will only ruin what fun you are having!

2 通の返信Well lower number of player playing it making CBMM really shine its flaws Try hards bloating their stats on low skill lobby CBMM just being bad overall Cross play between Xbox and ps is really bar and have bad latency Terrible ammo economy and meta

4 通の返信michaelにより編集済み: 1/30/2022 8:18:05 AMPeople NEED to stop caring about PvP. They need to stop having expectations. The complaints are pointless, the feedback is pointless, this is not a PvP game in any capacity. Take it for what it is and play it, or don't play it. This is not complacency it is just the truth. Bungie has made it abudantly clear that PvP is NOT in any way a priority in this game. All it has ever done is divide the playerbase and screw with the PvE sandbox, getting things like chaos reach, icarus dash, the mod economy (to an extent), ability cooldowns, and the entire subclass system nerfed. Also the game is very much not lopsided in favour of skilled players. Go into trials and observe the amount of DMT, no time to explain, 100 resil citans walls, invis graviton hunters with lord of wolves and fusions, lorentz driver, and contraverse hold axions. This is arguably one of the best times to be a bad player in this game's lifespan because there is so much you can use and beat even the most skilled teams just because of a loadout diff.

1 返信Current matchmaking benefits me in general. However- It's killing the game. No one wants to stay for a beatdown. A core 6v6 experience that considers skill must be an option for those willing. Conversely, a connection only experience could also be offered simultaneously.
