Borealis has a consistency issue with shield break charge in which you will not become charged with light from breaking enemies shields with borealis. Other mods I have equipped are "shieldcrash wellmaker" "High-Energy Fire" "Supercharged" and "Elemental Charge" I do not come here often and will most likely not be back to check on this post. I can only hope that this bug is resolved.
