anarchy got too heavy a nerf, especially in the reserves, imo. it needs a mild tuning to get it back to a level in which it can compete as a heavy weapon. As for legendary GL's, well, they are a complete joke. I'm not wanting them to be overpowered or become a 'new meta' but they need to be able to be considered as an actual option when playing the game.
