Pass level 100 is recommended, not required. All rewards would be available at that level, so if you were @ 35 in season of Undying, you'd only get rewards up to that level. And yes, it does go that far back if you have items you're missing BUT they'll only appear for the character class it is missing on. For example you have one hunter two titans and are missing missing ornaments for the Warlock class for season of dawn, Again reiterating you have the pass level, they won't show up as available in the Companion tab. This method is only available for use with the "13.7.7" version of the app, any older or newer update will not have the feature (or "bug, exploit") to claim items.
