Parsons is CEO, but that doesn't means he's in charge, day to day stuff sure, probably all game stuff gets authorised by him, budgets etc. There used to be 7 founders, hence the number 7, but a few left, n there's other shareholders now too, these things are usually voted on by a number of people. The Activision deal was voted on before being agreed, by the big 7 founders, and they voted for , by 4 to 3.

Leaked all the PvP map details before bungie did, dawning stuff, WQ mission numbers and content, and deffo said they're working in new light 3.0 probably for lightfall or later.
