Hia, so I was banned from deactivating my cross-play for 90 days, after finally waiting those 90 days I attempted to reactivate my cross-play, however, my characters aren’t showing up and it’s stating that my steam account has zero characters. I’m very confused as to why this message is being prompted because I signed into my xbox account (which is my main account with my three characters) and connected my steam account to my xbox account for the cross-play. Can anyone help out? At this point i’m worries if I have to wait another 90 days and if this problem will reoccur if another 90 days go by.
