I doubt AoS will be reverted back. The Momento Mori perk was adjusted way back then (pulled the TWAB for reference). Best to think of an alternative suggestion or add a "trade off" with the ability to stow and keep the benefit for Tarrabah. As it stands with Bungie's history, this won't fly.
