Yep. I got a slideshot/subsistence with either reservoir burst or demolitionist glaciochasm And i quickly went back to my feeding frenzy reservoir burst plug one because of this horrible charge time. Sure it can one shot some elites in endgame content...but its really a pain to use. (I would be using it if it was a solar fusion tough, but if i want a void fusion with reservoir burst ill go with null composure honestly)
