what content or quests are you trying to access that it won't let you?

Are you sure you purchased and did not play on the game pass? Destiny has been removed from the game pass. Microsoft made this decision not Bungie. Bungie has informed people this would be happening for many weeks in the weekly TWABS. All games on the game pass can be removed anytime.
