If you aren’t a speed runner, eager edge is nothing more than a “haha funny meme” perk. Because it isn’t useful for anyone who isn’t simply trying to fly through content as fast as humanly possible.
Outside of that, adaptives are just significantly worse than other sword frames. Which just hammers home the point more, that these swords aren’t good for anyone other than speed runners.

Not a bit. I've already highlighted multiple uses. And already top (world) PvErs like Ehroar have sung it's praises too. Here they are again. But don't use it or play Destiny, makes no difference. - it's fun - means able to zoom right to a stomping ultra/boss etc and immediately start doing damage - highly useful for a sword - means able to fly out a 'hot' area and survive - more easily get to ledges and cross gaps - traverse areas much quicker - going to be the go-to item for any out of map navigation and speedruns - it's fun...I've said that one

That isn’t an opinion.

If you're spewing out noob level embarrassments such as the above on one of the best if not THE best sword perks alongside basic damage perks then you don't have anything remotely credible. And the 'retorts' to some of the listed uses are just ridiculous. So enjoy that.
