Intrinsic Overload With Nobel Rounds! I think this would be a great buff to the weapon. It has been in the basement for so long. I think that if it got overload rounds with its Nobel Rounds it would bring this weapon back up to S Tier. There are not many people who run full support anyways so this wont be unbalanced, plus its would override any future hand cannon seasonal mods.
