I have run the full Shattered Realm: Debris of Dreams activity solo/in groups on both difficulties while following a guide for every single cache and mystery and am not getting credit for several of the triumphs specifically "Enclave Enigma" "Shipyard Secrets" "Wayfrinding Dreams" "Trivial Wayfinding Dreams" and lastly "The Hidden Path"
