Same. I've claimed it on the Prime Gaming site (has "Already Claimed" on the tile), but it does not show up on the Bungie site's "Partner Rewards" page. I have un-/relinked my Twitch account in Bungie's "Account Linking" page, but the only option related to "Prime Gaming" is under "Authorized Applications"; I have 2 entries for "Prime Gaming" and both have "Revoked" under the entry, and neither of the "Unlink" buttons for the associated entry do anything.

Prime Gaming bundles can only be claimed once. If a bundle was claimed while the connection between your Prime Gaming account and Bungie.net Profile was broken, then any items would be considered "lost."
